Rates & Policies

The Cabin on the Coop - at the South end of the World Famous Chicken Coop

Check-in: 1:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
No smoking indoors

We accept cash or checks.

Reservations:
You must make a deposit to hold a date

Rates

$100.00 per night. Minimum 2 nights weekend and minimum 3 nights holidays and summer months (June, July, August).
$600.00 per week (based on 7 nights)
A $35.00 Room Cleaning Fee and current area taxes assessed on all rentals.
Rates are based on 4 people. No more than 4 occupants in the cabin at one time, including children.

Pets Welcome

No more than 2 well-behaved housebroken pets. Certain breed restrictions apply per insurance. All damage done by pets will be charged to guest. A $30.00 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged per pet.

Cancellation Policy

Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Our location is such that we must depend on advance reservations. Once we reserve the cabin for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests. If you cancel a reservation earlier than two weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival date (21 days for holiday bookings), no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice (or 21 days for holiday bookings), will be charged for one nights rental ($100.00).
