The basic cottage rents for $150 per night for two people.

Each additional person, up to six total, is $20 per person per night.

Holiday rates are somewhat higher.

Deposit / Terms...

One half the total rate is required as deposit to confirm the dates you wish to reserve the Cottage (Visa or MasterCard). Balance is to be paid in full upon arrival by cash or money order. Upon making reservations, your deposit must be received within seven working days or other reservations will be accepted. Since we depend heavily upon advanced bookings due to our remote location, cancellations must be made 30 days in advance for full refund of your deposit. Deposits will be refunded on cancellations within 30 days only if we are able to fill the confirmed reservations completely with other bookings. Since we have tried to provide our Cottage with all the amenities of a home, we may retain a deposit for any missing or damaged items. Also, if any excessive clean up is required after your departure an appropriate charge will be applied. Your deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the facilities.

Please Note... Due to the number of frivolous lawsuits and inherent risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, a waiver of release of liability must be signed prior to your stay.
