Request to Discontinue Service Submit this form to discontinue your service.
Service Agreement & Application For Service This service agreement must be signed and presented to us prior to the beginning of your water service.
Transfer of Membership Use this form to transfer your membership to someone else - such as when your property is sold. This provides uninterrupted service. Your membership AND your deposit are transferred with this form.
