Your "home away from home" has everything you will need already waiting for you... except the groceries.

You will enjoy the lakeside deck for outdoor meals and just relaxing with a great view, too.

 Cove
Located on the edge of a deep cove, Martin's Nest provides not just a beautiful location, but one where the fishing just stays good - even from the bank or boat house. If you're staying with us for any period of time, you may also find the boat lift convenient. When you're ready to get onto the lake, you're just seconds away from the open water.

Generous sleeping accommodations provide comfortable arrangements for either large families or small groups.
Front den Front den
The "front den" (above) sleeps two on bunk beds and provides a comfortable day room or game room and the "front bedroom" (below) sleeps two on its queen bed.

The "second bedroom" (below left) has both a queen bed and a set of bunks to accommodate up to four guests. Aside from providing a relaxing atmosphere with a fine water view, the "lakeside den" (below right) will also sleep one person comfortably on the generous couch.

The large, modern kitchen (below) has plenty of space and a table large enough for your group to gather and share meals. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also located here.

From Toledo Town (intersection Louisiana Highway 6 and Highway 191):
Take Hwy 191 North 0.6 miles
Turn West (left) on Pilcher Road
Take Pilcher Road 2.2 miles to First Point Road
Turn North (right) on First Point Road
Go 0.2 miles to Martin's Nest (on right side of road)
FISHING LICENSE: If you will be fishing from the boathouse or bank, a Louisiana license is required. If you are fishing from a boat, either a Texas or Louisiana license is valid on Toledo Bend Lake.
