Site-built - Modular - Double-wide Mobile Homes - 1200 Sq. Ft. Minimum
Each and every permanent residence shall be constructed on site with new materials and shall have a minimum of 1200 square feet of climate controlled living area. Manufactured housing units, e.g. modular homes and double wide mobile homes, will also be allowed provided they contain a minimum of 1200 square feet of climate controlled living area and are approved by the Architectural Committee. Only one residence may be constructed on any single lot and no lot shall be further subdivided for any other purpose.
All lots are restricted to single family permanent residences. However, a detached garage, boat building and/or work shop may be erected on any lot provided such structures are built in conjunction with the permanent residence and has the approval of the Architectural Committee.
