Fort Jesup State Commemorative Area was
originally a fort on the border of the United States (at the time
of the Louisiana Purchase) and Spanish Texas. An original small kitchen
has been preserved. Frequent programs presented at Fort Jesup bring
history to life for visitors.

owned horticultural parkland and wildlife refuge and is one of the
area's most celebrated attractions.

Toledo Bend Motocross is a new 1.25 mile
serpentine motocross racing track located just off Toledo Bend Reservoir
and out of Many, Louisiana. Racing for motorcycles and 4 wheelers.

Sabine Speedway is a quarter mile oval
stock-car racing track that has races March through November on Saturday
nights - just North of Many, Louisiana.

Forest (Louisiana) - it's all around you here! On a quiet evening
you may even want to visit one of the area BINGO games. Festivals
are held frequently in the many small, friendly communities of this
