Villis P. "Bo" Dowden
Bo was born and grew up in Natchitoches, La. where he graduated Northwestern State University. He has fished the B.A.S.S. tournament trail since 1974; won the BassMaster Classic in 1980 and fished the Classic and placed high on many occasions. As a professional bass fisherman for many years, Bo has traveled to many lakes throughout the country. Bo chose to move to Toledo Bend full time in 1989 after having owned a camp here since 1974. Soon after moving here Bo began selling real estate and, after a few years, studied at Bob Brooks School of Real Estate in Baton Rouge, La and earned his Real Estate Broker's License. In addition to selling real estate, Bo has also enjoys developing and working with new subdivisions.

Gladys Dowden
Gladys has been a sales agent on Toledo bend lake since moving to the lake full time in 1989. After studying at Bob Brooks School of Real Estate in Baton Rouge, La. and earning her Real Estate Sales License, Gladys worked mostly weekends until she and Bo opened Bo Dowden & Associates. Gladys finds great satisfaction in working with people and helping them find that special place which is just right for them.

Eason P. Dowden
Eason has lived on Toledo Bend Lake for over 20 years and enjoyed the quiet rural setting. After competing several years as a professional angler in local and national tournaments, Eason received his Louisiana Real Estate License in 1998. In the fall of 2001, he decided to gain more knowledge and understanding of the principles of marketing by enrolling in college.

Villis shares an enjoyment of bass fishing with his father, Bo. He earned his Real Estate Sales License from Bob Brooks School of Real Estate in Baton Rouge in 1998 and has worked in real estate since then - first with another local agency before joining the family agency when it opened. Villis recently graduated SFA University with a degree in forestry and wildlife management.
