This great waterfront property is available for long term rentals and comes unfurnished - so you can adapt it to the look you want. Two large bedrooms and two baths is just the beginning. There is a huge living room / den that looks out over the lake with a fantastic view. A great deck in the back with plenty of shaded room to enjoy the serenity. There is even an indoor/outdoor fire pit. And, of course, a pier and boathouse. Here on San Miguel Creek is a great fishing area and the house is in a well established neighborhood with many full time residents. Paved streets all the way. Large shop and garage on a slab also. If yu're going to be on Toledo Bend Lake renting for awhile - this is a great place to consider! |
