ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING - Smoking permitted out-of-doors only.

Cancellation: 14 Day Cancellation Required for full refund of deposit.

Holiday Weekends Minimum Stay: All weekends on which a Holiday falls require a minimum 2 or 3 night stay - depending on how the Holiday falls.

Cleaning Fee: Varies - see each unit for specific fee

Taxes: We add 7% to your total billing to cover local taxes.

Pets: Some units allow pets - others do not. Unless a unit specifically states PETS ALLOWED - they are NOT allowed. In some cases where pets are allowed, there may be a restriction as to the number or size of pets - PLEASE CHECK AHEAD TO BE SURE YOUR PETS WILL BE ALLOWED.

Pet Deposit: All units that accept pets have a NON-REFUNDABLE Pet Deposit. Please check with us concerning the amount of the Pet Deposit - it depends on the size and number of pets you will be bringing.

Directions: Directions to your unit will be emailed to you upon receipt of your deposit.
