A stairway leads to a great deck for getting some sun and on down to the dock. Park your boat here on stump-free Frontier Bay on Carrice Creek - just barely off the main body of toledo Bend Lake.

	Aside from a wonderful lake view, the Living Area has a Fireplace, DirecTV, Leather Sleeper Sofa & matching Loveseat, Desk with Castor Chair - all of the amenities to make you feel really at home and comfortable.

	This unit has winding stair case, which those with disablities need to be aware of since bedrooms are upstairs. The sleeper sofa is downstairs, but the bathtub & shower is upstairs. There is a1/2 bath downstairs.
Two Upstairs Bedrooms Sleep 6. The Master Bedroom offers another beautiful view of the lake and opens onto the upper veranda.

This home has been refurbished with porcelain tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and new carpet throughout. Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer Large covered veranda Central Air & Heat 1 and 1/2 baths

	Full Kitchen w/ Dishwasher, Range, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee maker - and fully equipped with the dishes and utensils you will need for your stay... linens, too!

As you come into the park, continue past the Office - turn right immediately after the Office building. Just drive straight from there, and you will drive directly into the driveway.
